Established 1990 by John and Jacqueline Mortimer, the company has grown in strength each year to become one of the largest independent management companies in the region. Specialising solely in the management of all types of residential homes.

Their headquarters are based in Bracknell, Berkshire, the heart of the UK's silicon valley, with branches in Wokingham and Reading, and a further five branches opening in the near future.

The growth has been strictly controlled to ensure no erosion in the quality of the service that is recognised within the industry as one of the best.

In 1998 Jacqueline Mortimer received a merit award from ARLA (the industry regulatory body) for her understanding of the legal aspects of Residential Lettings.
