Being one of the largest property management companies in the area, we have a wide range of job opportunities, both within Lettings and Estate/Block Management.

Within Lettings and Sales, you could be involved as a Negotiator, finding tenants’ homes, carrying out appraisals and agreeing rental or sales terms. Alternatively join our support staff in either an accounts, contract or customer service role. These are demanding jobs, therefore we are looking for highly motivated people who possess excellent communication and decision making skills. Training programmes would be on offer through ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents).

In Estate Management, there are ranges of opportunities from being an area manager to working in accounts and maintenance. We have a specialist legal team who correspond with companies’ house and deal with various lease issues. In addition to this you could be involved as a project manager, organising contractors and scheduling works for the completion of major projects. Staff will be encouraged to undertake training as part of their continuing professional development which includes keeping up to date with the latest legal requirements.
