in the handling of tenant's deposits. The Ombudsman Scheme offers further piece

With all managed properties we ensure that the tenants have access to a member of
our management team 24 hours a day! All prospective tenants are closely vetted including
credit searches and inspections are carried out on an ongoing basis throughout the
tenancy to ensure properties are being well looked after. Once the let has commenced
we have a number of experienced support staff on hand to answer any queries you
may have, from accounts to maintenance to ensure you are kept fully informed.

In marketing your property we feel it is important to provide maximum exposure.
As a result we advertise in the local press which ensures circulation to all residents
in the region. As well as advertising on our own website, we also value the use
of internet search engines such as “find a property” and “rightmove” to reach both
a national and global audience.
We also work alongside many relocation agents to make sure they are provided with
full property details to give to their corporate clients. Over the years John Mortimer
PM has worked hard in forming close links with the personnel departments of the
areas largest companies, (a list can be seen below).
